Homemade fortune cookies are a fun way to give a special someone a very personalized “fortune.” These cookies aren’t hard to make and taste better than the restaurant version.
I made homemade fortune cookies a few years ago and, quite honestly, what I remember most is trying not to burn my fingers! But I do remember they were good, really good and so worth the effort. In fact, I was making them for my husband’s birthday and I ate them all before he came from work. Oops. My fortune cookies weren’t as pretty to look at, but it was the first time I’d made them.
